Boho Braids Service Policy

Boho braids are crafted exclusively with 100% human hair—no synthetic hair is used. This service includes the hair, as well as a frontal, all included in the price. For customization, please inform me of your desired hair color in advance.

Before booking, please complete the consultation form at www.thebraider.com/consultation.html  

Important Policies:

• Deposit Policy: All deposits are non-refundable due to hair customization. However, deposits can be transferred to a different appointment date with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellation Policy: Text 469-563-2441 at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.
  Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another appointment with 48 hours' notice (rescheduling allowed once per appointment).  
• Late Policy: A 20-minute grace period is allowed for appointments. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you will need to reschedule, and your deposit will not be refunded.
• Confirmation Policy: If you receive a call or text to confirm your appointment, please respond promptly. Unconfirmed appointments will be canceled.
• Salon Etiquette: For the comfort of all clients, children or extra guests are not permitted in the salon during your appointment.
• Preparation: If you are not receiving a wash service, please ensure your hair is washed and blow-dried before your appointment.
