How do I know what type of hair to choose

What’s the difference between Brazilian, Peruvian, Malaysian, and Indian virgin hair?

Each type of hair has its unique qualities based on texture, appearance, and how it reacts to styling:

  • Malaysian Hair: Initially very shiny, but after 2-3 washes, the shine softens. The hair holds curls well and remains curly for a longer time without product. It’s soft, silky, and often feels lighter than other hair types.

  • Indian Hair: Known for its natural waves. It dries naturally into a wavy texture and straightens or curls easily. It’s versatile and blends well with most hair textures.

  • Brazilian Hair: This hair is silkier and shinier compared to Indian hair. It tends to hold curls better and lasts longer, especially with curl retention. It’s a popular choice for a smooth, polished look.

  • Peruvian Hair: Coarser than Indian and Brazilian hair, and thicker in texture. It blends well with African-American relaxed hair and medium Caucasian textures. It has a very defined curl pattern when wet.

How long do hair extensions last?

With proper care, virgin hair extensions can last 1-2 years or longer. Treat them like your natural hair—keep them moisturized, avoid excessive heat, and wash them regularly to extend their lifespan.



Why are my hair extensions tangling?

Hair tangling can be caused by:

  • Dryness
  • Oil & dirt buildup
  • Saltwater or chlorine exposure
  • Not combing through the hair daily

To prevent tangling, wash and condition the hair regularly (1-2 times per week), use hydrating products, and detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb.


Why don’t the colors of my hair extensions match the pictures?

Different monitors display colors differently, and slight variations in color may occur due to lighting. Additionally, hair texture and the natural color variations in each bundle can also affect the final shade. We suggest visiting a professional stylist for color adjustments if needed.

 

How can I tell if the hair is human or synthetic?

To check if your hair is human or synthetic:

  • Burn Test: Burn a small strand of hair. Human hair will burn slowly, turning into ash that can be easily crushed. Synthetic hair will melt into a sticky ball and release black smoke.
  • Appearance: Human hair may have a few gray strands or split ends, which are natural, while synthetic hair will often look shiny and artifici

Care and Usage
Can they be straightened, curled?
 Treat the hair as if it is your own. Use a flat iron/straighter or tongs even when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it will not last as long.

Can I dye color the hair?
 yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighter the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can not get to a salon, always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.


Can I wash & blow-dry the hair extensions?
 you can wash them as you would your own shampoo and conditioner. We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every few weeks, because the hair is not attached to your scalp, it is not getting the oils it should be. Using a treatment/hair mask will need to wash your extensions too much, about every 3 weeks. The extensions can be blow-dried on low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often. It is best to let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing them.

 Normally 3packs are enough for a full head, at most 5packs.
You can always use the leftover hair later. If you are using hair over 18" long you might need another pack.

How do I care for my hair extensions?

To ensure your hair extensions last as long as possible, follow these care tips:

  • Wash with a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.
  • Avoid excessive heat styling.
  • Store your extensions in a cool, dry place.
  • Use a wide-tooth comb or finger comb to detangle.

Yes, we do offer international shipping. International orders typically take 7-10 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply.

 Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, due to the quick processing of orders, we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been submitted. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

Do you guarantee delivery time?
Because the post office handles your shipment,we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.However,we will give you an idea of when the package will arrive.We suggest you to make orders 4 days in advance thus you will have sufficient time for shipping.

What if my order delivery was delayed?
We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
