Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following business day (Monday).

Shipping Methods:
- Domestic Express Shipping: 2-3 business days, depending on your location.
- Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping: 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
- International Shipping: 7-10 business days, depending on your location.
- Shipping Carrier: All packages are shipped via USPS. Business days are Monday through Friday.

Billing & Shipping Address
- Please ensure your billing address and shipping address are the same. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, so please use a valid physical address.
- Important: Make sure the billing address entered is associated with your payment method. If you enter the incorrect billing address, your payment may be declined.

Tracking Information
- After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
- If you don’t see your tracking information, please check your spam folder.
- If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 days of placing your order, please contact customer service at 469-563-2441 during business hours.

- Once your order is processed, we cannot make changes or alterations. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy

Hair Extensions Returns
- We are happy to accept returns on unopened, unused hair extensions within 7 days of receiving your order. The extensions must be in their original packaging and the packaging must be undamaged.
- Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or tampered hair extensions.
- Custom Wig Orders: All custom wig orders are non-refundable and final sale.
- Coloring Services: We are not responsible for any changes made to the hair (such as custom coloring or dyeing) by a stylist outside of Boss Lady Collection. To ensure the best results, we offer custom coloring services to meet your needs.

Return Process
- Contact us at 469-563-2441 during business hours within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Once approved, return your extensions in their original packaging with the Boss Lady Collection security seal intact.
- Returns without the security seal or that have been opened/altered will not be accepted.

Exchanges
- Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your order. The hair must be unopened, unworn, and in original condition. We do not accept exchanges if the hair has been combed, brushed, or altered in any way.
- Note: All sales of custom wigs and coloring services are final and cannot be exchanged.

Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding the original shipping cost.
- Refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours, but may take 2-5 business days to appear on your bank statement.

Return Shipping
- You are responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
- We suggest returning items via USPS for the best tracking and delivery service.

Custom Wig Orders
- Custom wig orders are final sale and non-refundable. This includes any wigs that have been custom-colored or styled to your specifications.
- We encourage customers to contact us prior to ordering custom wigs to ensure all details are clear and accurate.

Coloring Services
- Any hair that has been colored or altered by a stylist other than Boss Lady Collection is not eligible for a refund.
- We offer custom coloring services for your convenience, and we recommend using our professional coloring team to avoid issues with refunds.

- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
