Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday.
- Orders placed on Friday will be processed the next business day (Monday).
Shipping Methods
- Domestic Express Shipping: 2-3 business days, based on your location.
- Domestic Regular Flat Rate: 5-7 business days.
- International Shipping: 7-10 business days.
- All orders are shipped via USPS (Monday-Friday).
Billing & Shipping Address
- Billing and shipping addresses must match; no shipments to P.O. boxes.
- Ensure the billing address matches your payment method to avoid declines.
Tracking Information
- A tracking email will be sent after shipment.
- It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking info to update.
- If no tracking info is found, check the spam folder.
- If tracking isn’t received within 3 days, call customer service at 469-563-2441.
Order Changes
- Orders cannot be altered after processing, so please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy
Hair Extensions Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for unopened, unused extensions in their original packaging.
- Opened or tampered extensions are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Custom Wig Orders
- Non-refundable and final sale.
- Double-check all details before placing a custom order.
Coloring Services
- No returns on hair that has been colored or altered by anyone other than Boss Lady Collection.
Exchanges
- Accepted within 14 days of receipt for unopened, unworn extensions.
- Combed, brushed, or altered hair cannot be exchanged.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued after inspection and typically within 24-48 hours.
- Refunds may take 2-5 business days to reflect on your bank statement.

Refund Policy
Eligibility
- Refunds are possible for unopened, unused hair extensions within 14 days of receipt.
- Custom wigs and colored hair are non-refundable.
- All returns should be in original condition and unopened.

- Once approved, returns should be shipped to the address above.
Exceptions
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- If an item is damaged or defective, contact customer service immediately for a replacement or refund.
