Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday.
  • Orders placed on Friday will be processed the next business day (Monday).

Shipping Methods

  • Domestic Express Shipping: 2-3 business days, based on your location.
  • Domestic Regular Flat Rate: 5-7 business days.
  • International Shipping: 7-10 business days.
  • All orders are shipped via USPS (Monday-Friday).

Billing & Shipping Address

  • Billing and shipping addresses must match; no shipments to P.O. boxes.
  • Ensure the billing address matches your payment method to avoid declines.

Tracking Information

  • A tracking email will be sent after shipment.
  • It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking info to update.
  • If no tracking info is found, check the spam folder.
  • If tracking isn’t received within 3 days, call customer service at 469-563-2441.

Order Changes

  • Orders cannot be altered after processing, so please double-check your order before completing the purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

Hair Extensions Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for unopened, unused extensions in their original packaging.
  • Opened or tampered extensions are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Custom Wig Orders

  • Non-refundable and final sale.
  • Double-check all details before placing a custom order.

Coloring Services

  • No returns on hair that has been colored or altered by anyone other than Boss Lady Collection.

Exchanges

  • Accepted within 14 days of receipt for unopened, unworn extensions.
  • Combed, brushed, or altered hair cannot be exchanged.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued after inspection and typically within 24-48 hours.
  • Refunds may take 2-5 business days to reflect on your bank statement.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Use a trackable shipping service.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are possible for unopened, unused hair extensions within 14 days of receipt.
  • Custom wigs and colored hair are non-refundable.
  • All returns should be in original condition and unopened.

Exceptions
